Roger Agambire Agana

Roger Agambire Agana, known as Label, is a journalist, web developer and SEO expert. Agana developed the appetite to start an online business after working as Technical Support Agent in a Call Center. He co-established Modernghana.com, an online news portal, in 2005, which quickly became one of the most popular news portals and a reference to many international readers. He spent nearly seven years as the general manager and editor-in chief of Modernghana.com. He holds 80% of shares in Modern Ghana Media Communication Limited, the company that owns Modernghana.com.

After working with ModernGhana.com, Agana moved to Jogobu Limited, a Tech Consultancy Firm, as an Assistant Managing Director. In 2012, Agana started to transform Spy Ghana into a brand that stands in direct competition with Modernghana.com. In 2015, Spy Ghana was rebranded as a full fleshed media and PR company, registered with the Registrar General’s Department under News Ghana, a subsidiary of M’Ideas Business Empire.
